Finnish company, Rovio Mobile has come up with a Christmas version of the ever famous game Angry Birds which was introduced to the Android community and was received with a grandiose welcome one and a half months ago. This comes after their Halloween version which was also widely received by the Android users. Would you believe that it had already reached the 7M mark for downloads? The battle of the birds vs. the pigs lives on with the happiest season of all as the backdrop. This Christmas version of the famous game is expected to be released on December 11, 2010. Android users will get this version way ahead of Windows Phone7 owners which will be in 2011 yet.The giveaway hint for the release of this holiday version was Rovio’s profile picture of a bird with a Santa Claus hat. The Christmas version comes with plush toys depicting the birds. So to all Angry Birds fanatics out there, here’s wishing you a very Merry Christmas, merry gaming everyone!
